Dating back to the 12th century, the iconic twin towers at Reculver were constructed as part of a church remodeling effort during that period. These towers stand as a testament to the layers of history embedded in the site, reflecting its diverse roles throughout the Roman, Anglo-Saxon, and medieval eras.
